Oversized Storage Organizer

I feel like I have posted so much. To be honest, this is just how often I use my Thirty-One stuff. I was cleaning my husband and I's bedroom, and as I knelt down to sweep under the bed, I pulled out my bag and thought "well, another post for the Blog."
This is how it looks under our bed.

This is what I have in it.

I take it out and vacuum the dust off.

I just purchased another Oversized Storage Organizer. I am so excited about getting it under our bed with misc. things that my husband can not part with that I do not want taking up space in our closet.
I am finished cleaning our room. Hurray!

Laundry Time!

I always keep a Large Utility Tote in my laundry room for clothes. I take them right from the dryer........

.....to the table.......then I fold.

Did you know that thirteen towels fit in one Large Utility Tote? Amazing. With these totes I actually kinda like doing laundry now. It is fun to fit the clothes in the totes and see how pretty they look stuffed full. Even if I leave them on the counter they don't look bad if unexpected company pops in for a visit.

When you are not using them in your laundry room grab-'em for a car trip to town for hauling extra stuff to and from the car.

Retro Metro & Laura Ingalls

I now have the retro metro bag I carry to camp with me. Did you know a book can fit in the side pocket? It is really wonderful. I bring my sons book to camp with me so after meals he can read his daily chapters. His required reading is On the Banks of Plum Creek by Laura Ingalls. Have any of you read it? When I was in 5th grade I read the Laura Ingalls series. I love it, especially the first book, In the Big Woods. I have to admit that On the Banks of Plum Creek is not real exciting for a little boy though.

Anyway. The Retro Metro is a great casual bag. The side pockets are so nice and spacious.

In the winter I put my coffee thermos in the side pocket. I love it. It has a claw hook which is nice.

My husband actually picked up a little flashlight for me and I think I will hang it from the claw hook. At camp, you never know when you are going to need a flashlight.

In any purse or tote you carry having a Zipper Pouch is essential. Whether it is for an iPad or all the little extras that get piled in the bottom of your purse, I would definitely invest in a $15.00 Zipper Pouch.

I have three things in my tote right now. A Zipper Pouch with all the little stuff (the flower one is the Zipper Pouch), my wallet, and a clear zipper pouch (from the hostess cosmetic bag) with hair supplies. My sons book is in the side pocket.

The prints are very nice that the Retro comes in so check it out some time.

Packing a family of SIX for a One Night Trip

Nothing matches, but for now that is OKAY! We decided to go for a one night stay at my parents Lake House a few minutes away. One mile or a hundred miles you still have to pack the same amount of stuff. Here is what I came up with for one night.
1. Thermal Tote for coffee creamer and a few cold items
2. Expandable Tote for all our clothes and towels and a few stuffed animals
3. Hostess Cosmetic Bag for all our bathroom supplies
4. All-In-One Organizer for the kids story tapes
5. Butterfly Cinch Sac for swim suits
6. Camo Cinch Sac for my sons Diabetic Supplies ( thermal tote inside for insulin and zipper pouch inside for supplies )
7. Large Utility Tote for my husbands special pillow and a set of sheets

Here are up close pictures of each item.

Tad-A! All those bags and now there are just three. Isn't that so cool that now my husband only has to carry these to the car? It so great having extra Large Utility Totes. As you can see the Lots A Dots tote was my extra bag that I had for putting all the other bags in for easy carrying.

Zipper Pouches

Zipper Pouches are $15.00. I use them for so many things. It is so nice to have a few extras to keep so you can use at the last minute too.

Here is one I use for medicine.

I also use them when I pack my under-ware and bras. I used a mini pouch for my bathing suite. It keeps things organized and in one spot.

My son is a type 1 diabetic. Keeping his supplies organized can be hard but Zipper Pouches have really changed things for us.

Here I have a Cinch Sac, a Thermal Tote, a Zipper Pouch, and his meter. The Cinch Sac has his name on it so there is no mistakes about who it belongs to.

Small Magazine Basket

This basket can be used for more then just magazines.

I also use this basket on my kitchen counter to hold my paper towels. Inside there are straws and normally I have it filled with snacks like granola bars, raisins, apple sauce and things like that.
It is a little bare right now but it can hold a lot more things then is in there now.

It is a very pretty basket. I like to put toilet paper on the rod sometimes and use it in my boys bathroom. I put Clorox wipes, tissue, air freshener, and maybe a book or two in the inside. This looks nice too.

To keep the rod on you must go buy some of these rubber rings. You can get them at a hardware store or even Wal-Mart, I think.

Organizing Utility Bag

A great cleaning bag for sure. Two pockets on one side and three on the other side. Also two mesh pockets for sponges and dusting clothes.

Because of the beautiful prints I do not mind leaving it around the house or on the counter. People say, " Wow. What a pretty bag." Once again I am thrilled and say, " Why, thank you."

Easy to hold or hang, this tote can be stored in half the amount of space then a regular cleaning bucket. It can also be washed. I would not recommend putting it in the kind of washers with the center turn thing. I have one of the new ones. If you have any questions, just ask me.

Large Utility Totes!

I am so proud to present a wonderful bag that I am sure many of you have, The Large Utility Tote. Some people might not know what to do with a bag this size, but let me tell you that the options are endless.

Here I have it filled with dirty clothes.

It is also collapsable. It is water proof. It carries over the shoulder. And it comes in many different prints that change with the seasons.

The Large Tote is great for catching all the little stuff that everyone wants to bring in the car. Here I have four bags that can be carried by one bag by one person and be put neatly in the car.

This is a great tote for $35, and since there is always a customer special going on you can get another bag for usually $5 - $10. Check it out. You will never regret it.

All-In-One Organizer / Stories for a Lifetime

The All-In-One Organizer serves us well for story time. I had an idea to record stories on tape for my children. They mainly listen to them at night after we send them to bed. Sometimes it has their voices recorded because I normally read to them during these sessions. They like to hear themselves speak. They laugh and giggle to hear their funny questions.
I love this little tote to carry my cassette player and tapes. In the mesh pockets on each side holds my microphone and wires. I highly recommend this tote for many purposes. I also hope many of you will try recording stories for your children or Grandchildren too.
